Rachel Carson is a Solicitor at Howden Saggers Lawyers, practising in Criminal Law, Domestic Violence, Youth Justice, Traffic Offences, and Child Protection. She employs a trauma-informed approach and is committed to clear communication and personalised attention for every client.
Rachel graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Law (Class 1 Honours). During her studies, she participated in the Griffith University Innocence Project, whilst also working at Caxton Legal Centre. It was here that she developed her passion for defending the rights of the underprivileged and vulnerable, which is a commitment she continues through her career, and ongoing volunteer work at Caxton’s criminal law evening advice sessions.
