Polly has practiced exclusively in family and de facto relationship law since 2006. Polly is particularly interested in matters involving children’s care arrangements to ensure that at all times the resolutions promote the child’s best interests. Polly is an associate solicitor at Michael Lynch Family Lawyers.
Polly prides herself on her approachable manner, which ensures she is able to constructively approach her clients’ matters to guide them through the complexities of their family law matter from the initial appointment through to the most favourable resolution.
Prior to her most recent position, Polly has worked with family law practices in both Melbourne and Brisbane. Polly has a strong commitment to volunteer work, having been a volunteer family law solicitor with Caxton Legal Centre for many years. Since 2008, she has also been a contributing author to the Queensland Law Handbook in relation to post-separation parenting.
