Pip Trowse began working at QUT in 1997 as a casual academic, having previously worked in both private practice and government.  In 2009, she completed her Masters of Laws and in 2010 became a full-time academic. She is a member of the Health Law Research Centre, with a particular research interest in the areas of surrogacy and children’s consent to medical treatment. Pip is currently enrolled in her PhD. Her topic is commercial surrogacy.
