There are a number of courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction to determine civil proceedings. These include the:

  • Magistrates Court
  • Queensland Court of Appeal
  • Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal
  • Federal Circuit Court
  • Federal Court.
