Holli Edwards authorHolli practises in all areas of public law, particularly criminal law, administrative law, regulatory and human-rights law including at the appellate level.

Holli was a criminal lawyer at Legal Aid Queensland and formerly associate to a Supreme Court Justice. She is in the final stages of completing her PhD, which focuses on Access to Justice Initiatives as a mechanism for Rule of Law compliance.

She balances her busy practice with teaching undergraduate and juris doctor law students at Bond University, in her role as Assistant Professor in the Law Faculty, including coaching moot competitors and mentoring budding advocates.

She has previously held academic research and sessional teaching roles at Bond, Griffith and Swinburne universities. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons)/International Relations and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University.
