Rebecca Fogerty is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in criminal law and a senior lawyer at Potts Lawyers. Prior to this, she was an Associate to a District Court Judge. She currently sits on the Queensland Law Society’s Criminal Law Committee and is past Chair of the College of Law’s Alumni Association. She has been a volunteer mentor to students via QUT’s Career Mentoring Scheme and ‘Crime Club’ competition, and has been a volunteer at Caxton Legal Centre. Rebecca presents at conferences and forums, and has written several published articles on topics of importance in the justice system.
