Megan is a Special Counsel in the Health and Aged Care team of MinterEllison. Megan works exclusively in the area of health law including medico-legal litigation, coronial inquests, systemic health investigations and individual health professional regulatory and advisory work. Megan has had the conduct of several high profile, medically and factually complex coronial inquests acting for the State of Queensland as well as private health providers and individual health practitioners. With the introduction of the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), Megan has worked closely with a wide range of public-sector entities to draft legislative compatibility reports, interpretation advice and workshop training.
