Jennifer Crowther is a Brisbane-based commercial litigation lawyer.
She focuses on defence of pure economic loss claims under professional indemnity, D&O, property and life insurance policies.
Jennifer regularly gives coverage advice to insurers and also acts as counsel for insureds in appropriate circumstances. She has experience in policy drafting and interpretation, and due diligence reviews of clients’ insurance programs. She has a Masters of Law degree and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
Jennifer has also been a contributor to the Queensland Law Handbook for 20 years.
